“If the ladder is not leaning against the right wall, every step we take just gets us to the wrong place faster.” — Stephen R. Covey
“What you do is more important than how you do everything else, and doing something well does not make it important.” — Tim Ferriss

“The biggest waste of time is to do well something that we need not do at all.” ― Gretchen Rubin
“We all want progress, but if you’re on the wrong road, progress means doing an about-turn and walking back to the right road; in that case, the man who turns back soonest is the most progressive.” — C.S. Lewis

Efficiency vs. Efficacy
“The difference between efficiency and effectiveness is the difference between knowledge and wisdom.” — Dr. Russell L. Ackoff
(Doing the right things) 1
- Become a strategist. It is much more important to do the right things compared to doing things right.
- It’s important to balance quantity with the quality and value of your work
